About Shaun Chester

You know that person that everyone always goes to for advice. Well that is how Shaun got her start.

From a young age, her ability to step back see the entire picture breaking down scenarios in terms of positives or negatives led her to become that person to many in her personal circle. She started a small nonprofit in high school fostering educational resources and college prep for middle school children.
During college years at Pennsylvania State University, Shaun studied Marketing and International Business then went on to obtain her Master’s in Business Administration. Early in her career, she discovered her knack for leadership and public speaking. She developed and created a mentorship program for young women entering or reentering the job market.
After graduating, she entered the corporate world and found herself working as mentor and career coach during her tenure at three fortune 500 companies. During her tenure at these organizations she helped to guide dozens of up and coming leaders that later went on to lead fruitful careers. This was done all while becoming an expert in finding problem solving solutions and improvements efficiencies in operations. She has led both large and small teams.   
Over the past decade, Shaun has been on a relentless pursuit to aid individuals to see a way out of the rut they find themselves. Building plans both big and small to overcome their fears and create purposeful vision for their careers, just as she has done herself. Helping to create the life, you want one decision at time. Her gift for building relationships, creativity, innovative strategy, organizational efficiencies and speed with a sparkling personality offers game-changing support to her clients.
A few years ago, she pivoted; Shaun decided to establish Selfie Consulting to help those outside of the corporate companies she works with currently. She provides help for those looking to clarifying their personal goals and map out a plan that give purpose to career decisions. The goal is to engineer the upgrade they want for themselves. She is available for individual, group, and corporate training sessions in addition to speaking engagements.
